Hydrogen Peroxide
Hydrogen peroxide, the partner to ozone, is more properly called oxygen water, since it is water with an extra oxygen molecule. Hydrogen Peroxide is created in the atmosphere when ultraviolet light strikes oxygen in the presence of moisture. Ozone (03) is free oxygen (02) plus an extra atom of oxygen. When it comes into contact with water, this extra atom of oxygen splits off very easily. Water (H20) combines with the extra atom of oxygen and becomes hydrogen peroxide ( H2O2).
It is found in rain and snow; the water at Lourdes; in fresh fruit and vegetables; and in clostrum, the first milk that a mother produces, where it provides a defense against infection until the baby's own immune system develops and is able to produce its own hydrogen peroxide. In the body's immune defense, hydrogen peroxide is released by T-cells to destroy invading bacteria, viruses and fungi. Blood platelets release hydrogen peroxide on encountering particulates in blood. Hydrogen peroxide is formed in the body by microbodies called peroxisomes, which combine water with oxygen, if sufficient oxygen is available. The importance of a high level of oxygenation is obvious. In the large intestine, acidophilus lactobacillus produces hydrogen peroxide which keeps the ever-present candida yeast from multiplying out of control. When candida spreads out of the intestine, it escapes the natural control system and can gain a foothold in the organs of the body, causing what is called chronic fatigue syndrome and allergic hypersensitivity. 

Through his research efforts, Dr. Edward Carl Rosenow (1875 - 1966) worked out the causes of some 35 diseases and was the author of 450 medical papers. Dr. Rosenow developed a technique by which microorganisms in the body could possibly be eliminated or controlled. The hydrogen peroxide program is a method of taking oxygen into the body to possibly eliminate or control these microorganisms.

His basic tenet was that we live in an ocean of microorganisms. The body is like a world. In the world of the body are millions of microorganisms--little creatures each seeking their own habitat, food and environment. Just as animals in our world live in different climates, eat different foods, multiply, prey upon others, infect, go through metamorphosis, pollute streams, so these little microorganisms invade our bodies and seek out their proper habitats. These microorganisms do the following:

--gnaw away at the joints (inflammatory arthritis)
--Give off calcium waste matter that cements bones together
--lodge in liver and kidneys, and with their bite form stones
--live in the very lining of the arteries and leave their hard deposit on the walls of the arteries
--cling to the lining in the nervous system and short- circuit some of the electronics in the central computer of the brain
--attack cells and enter them, building cocoons around the stricken cell thus cutting off the blood supply and causing the cell to lose its specific function, so that it can only live and multiply into cancerous tumors.

Hydrogen Peroxide can be made by the following methods: Chemically - treat Barium Peroxide with Sulfuric Acid. Barium Sulfate settles to the bottom and Hydrogen Peroxide is drained off. (To concentrate, it is vacuum distilled.) Treat water with ultraviolet light. Electricity - silent, or open spark methods. Bubble Ozone (03) through cold water.
Remark: Yes, it can be made, but it is much easier to buy it in your pharmacy. It is sold as 35% 
food grade hydrogen peroxide.

Ways to take it:
Note: the FDA has not approved of the use of the purging schedules or of the drinking of hydrogen peroxide internally. Those who choose to do so, do it of their own volition. The information is passed along for research and educational purposes only and those who choose to use it assume all responsibility personally.



(35% Food Grade) start with ONE DROP on the first day, and then do TWO DROPS on the second day, 3 on the third, and so on. Then when the taste of the HP was just too much to tolerate, SPLIT THE DOSE IN TWO. That meant, for example, instead of trying to gag down ten drops in one dose, I would just take FIVE DROPS TWICE A DAY--once when I first got up in the morning, and then again EITHER an hour after lunch OR just before I turned in for the evening. I would work up on this twice-a-day schedule to where I was up to ten or twelve drops at each dose (usually the gag threshold for most people, and then SPLIT IT INTO THREE DOSES and take it three times a day: early morning, afternoon and bed time. I worked up to the grand total of 25 drops THREE TIMES A DAY. 


* One way is to bathe in it, putting 8 ounces of 35% food grade H2O2 in a tub of warm, chlorine-free water and soaking for 25-30 minutes.
* Alternatively, you could spray the body after a shower with 3% hydrogen peroxide, avoiding the eyes and hair.
* Spray vegetables and fruits with a 3% solution of H2O2 and then rinse, to remove pesticides.
In the dishwasher, add 2 oz. of 3% to the regular washing formula. In the wash machine, add 8 oz. of 3% to the wash in place of bleach.As a mouthwash, gargle with 3% H2O2, and then rinse. Use baking soda and 3% H2O2 to make a paste for brushing teeth.As a douche, add 2 tablespoons of 3% to a quart of distilled water.  For an enema, add 2 tablespoons of 3% to a quart of distilled water. To make a 3% solution, mix 11 oz. of distilled water with 1 oz. of 35% hydrogen peroxide.
Always be careful when handling 35% food grade, and keep it away from children. If you spill some, wash the area with water to dilute it. If you get it on your skin, rinse under running water. The skin will temporarily turn white, but no permanent harm is done.
