updated 29. June 2004I used a temperature meter from an old tractor, it has some oxide but it still works well. It is good to know if the sauna is ready and has the right temperature. Make a hole in the top of the box for the wire with the sensor. But you can find out the right temperature by just trying. It will need about 15-20 minutes for the steam of the pressure cooker to heat up the sauna, then you turn the fire down and enter into the sauna box. (How much to turn the fire down you will find out by experience. Until you know it is good to have a helper who can regulate the fire if necessary) Also it is good to have a watch you can see when you are inside the sauna box. You should at least stay 20 minutes. The last minutes seem to be very long... (Until now I couldn't do it more than 25 minutes, but I believe that more than 30 minutes is not necessary.)
