Rectal Insufflation

Doing rectal insufflations, one must clean out the colon using colonic/enema with ozonated water. As the body detoxifies, the colon should be clean so that the toxins are eliminated and not reabsorbed.
If the large intestine needs cleaning, one will not be able to hold the gas and one will have to release it after a short period of time. Later one is able to retain the ozone much longer.

The gas is absorbed through the intestinal walls during rectal insufflation into the bloodstream; the ozone is carried through the system when the large intestine is clean.

There are people using rectal insufflation or vagina insufflation for 1/2 - 1 minute, one to three times daily for the first week. It is best to do this immediately after an enema, a colonic treatment, or after a bowel movement.

The humidifier equipment might be useful when using ozone insufflation in rectum or vagina. When the gas is humidified, it is more effectively absorbed into the tissue.

Open the oxygen valve. With the generator turned on and the gas flowing, lie on your left side and insert the catheder about 5 -10 cm into the rectum. Apply lubrication when needed. The flow rate is set at 1/32 liter/minute. Concentrations of 27 to 32 mcg/ml. The generator is switched on for 30 to 60 seconds. One can do a rectal insufflation for 30 minutes and a vaginal for 60 minutes at these low flow rates, which increases the absorption of it. Give a soft abdominal massage on the belly with a slow counterclockwise massage beginning at the lower left abdomen to make sure that the gas does not get stuck in one area. Introduce about 500 ml. When feeling of fullness or cramping is felt, withdraw the catheter, shut off the generator and close the oxygen tank. Use oxygen with 95% pureness. (Medical oxygen, it has a red cross on the tank.)

The gas enters the bloodstream through the intestinal walls, blood is being oxygenated. As the bad bacteria are oxidated, candida and yeast in the large intestine, a lot of gases may form and some pressure will build up. Better be near to a WC because the release might be very sudden...

Some may experience rashes or itching on the skin as the system is throwing out the toxins and going through cleansing reactions. When one increases the detoxication, one should also increase vitamin-mineral supplements. Fresh vegetables (row) and drinking a lot of water will help flush out the waste from the intestines. When taking rectal insufflation it is good to take daily acidophilous.
