you want my honest answer - I will try not to be too serious - then I must
tell you that the best way to die is to let it happen in the most natural

Isn't this how most
people are killing themselves anyway? So just do the same: Breath polluted
air, drink contaminated water or with chemicals enriched sugar drinks,
eat the usual junk food, have a lot of stress joining in the rat race,
try to have success in all the dubios goals offered by this society, buy
a house on credit, marry and have many children. Just do the usual things
every body is doing... You don't need to do something specific to kill
yourself, it will happen by itself. It will not last long, with all the
stress you will get sick very soon. Remember how it started with you: Your
energy was going down, so you used coffee that gave you a kick; later you
took stronger stuff that kept you going. When you couldn't sleep well,
then you took pills, the same when your digestion didn't work, when you
had stomach pain, headache and other disturbance like depressions. There
was medication for every thing! [Just not for stupidity, no pills can eliminate
this too common symptom!]
Then with ongoing
time the function of your whole system was more and more reduced, your
mood went down, your thinking became unclear and cloudy and you were getting
angry in occasions that didn't affect you before. But you couldn't express
your anger freely because you knew that others would react and defend themselves
and you didn't want more trouble you had already anyway. So you swallowed
your anger, but this made that more and more anger accumulated and you
had the urge to let it out; you felt that otherwise you would have exploded
without being able to control it. So you were looking for occasions at
least to get out some of the pressure and if you couldn't find suitable
occasions, then you provoked them. Then people reacted giving you the possibility
to use their reaction to get out some of your anger. But this didn't work
out well, because you entered into a game that didn't satisfy you and didn't
allow to build up a good relation with people. You haven't been aware of
this and it seemed you had no choice, so your mood went down more and more
and some serious health problems were showing up. You came to this moment
when you feel that it is not worthwhile to continue with your life.
When tension is building
up it affects the whole system. The function of organs is disturbed causing
severe symptoms. That's the moment when one can decide: One can go into
treatment with the established health system, trusting that they will fix
you, with surgery or medication, that will eliminate the symptoms, but
then causing others as side effects and as the reason is not treated, other
symptoms will show up, probably on a deeper level. So that one enters into
a spiral of suffering that will finally cause the collapse of the system
and one will die.
There is the alternative
possibility that you do a step out of your miserable feelings and make
a decision: get out of dependency, take self-responsibility and find out
why you are in this condition that causes you wanting to throw away the
most precious you have. You are capable to change your situation and miserable
condition, to heal yourself and so change your condition completely then
being able to live healthy and happy.
That's an interesting
and challenging process and will need your full engagement because it involves
your whole existence; you need to find out about all aspects of your being.
Not only the body, but also your emotions, your mind and other levels going
beyond all what you have experienced until now.
And the result might be, that you will be completely healed and are able
to live healthy and without suffering, being able to enjoy your life and
make yourself and others happy.
Feeling as a victim
of situations and happenings and being pushed down, is the result of a
negative attitude, the other is that you start right now to ask yourself
some questions and find out why you feel so bad that you want to kill yourself.
If something for you is worth nothing, because you are in such a miserable
state caused by disappointment and pain, then you might throw it away without
giving yourself the chance to find out, that indeed your life has value
So wouldn't it be
better to do some effort before you want to do something that can't be
undone? Your decision comes out of desperation from accumulated anger,
frustration and disappointment. Why this has accumulated? Was it because
your dreams, illusions and your expectations were not fulfilled? From where
did you receive those images and concepts that you have made to your own?
These pictures had given you motivation and going for it had accelerated
your energy and the feeling of existence. Then when reality did not meet
your expectations, then you got disappointed and angry and this again and
again... until you came to the point to give up because your energy went
down too much. Better to look at your background and discover that those
images doesn't serve you, they cant give you real fulfillment and happiness,
so then why not look for something more real that serves you better? Take
self-responsibility and don't depend on others and what is offered. Find
out in the first place about yourself, there is much more you will discover
that will give you real motivation and new energy. The key might be that
you find new ways to express yourself. You might have an artistic talent
you don't know yet... I'm convinced that we all are artists, in one way
or the other, it depends only on our attitude, world view and in how far
we allow ourselves to be creative. Expressing yourself you will feel good
with yourself, all the rest will follow.
